“If you want some true Louisiana down home cooking then this is your hidden gem. Chronicle voted them best fried chicken in houston for the cherry on top. Pam will have you laughing as if you were in her house cooking for you.”

"One of my all time favorite dishes in all of Houston is Chef Pamela Graham 's "The Trio" a layer of Dirty Rice with Fried Catfish smothered on top with Crawfish Etouffee at the one and only Le Pam's House of Creole. The flavors and textures are all perfection all the way through for each layer. My wife said she wants to eat this dish everyday. The stewed okra was also fabulous and the broccoli rice casserole is pure perfection of creamy and cheesy goodness. The Peach Cobbler and bread pudding is not to be missed!"

"The best Po-Boy I have had in Houston with bread shipped in from New Orleans is from Le'Pam's House of Creole. The shrimp are so fresh I swear they jumped out of the ocean, peeled themselves in the and landed in her wonderfully seasoned batter. These are not tiny shrimp like other po-boys I have had, big and perfectly cooked. I have told many of our area foodies and friends about Le Pam’s House of Creole and most of them are hooked after one visit."

"The first time that I walked in to Le Pam’s House of Creole, I was greeted by the most welcoming lady (owner and chef Pamela Graham). I took a few steps forward and she could tell it was my first time there. She gave me a sample of her Gumbo and I was instantly glad I decided to walk in. I knew I had found “flavor town!” and some true Louisiana legit seafood gumbo . Pam instantly makes you feel like you are in her house and you are a friend or family that has come for her authentic New Orleans Creole cooking."
